Andres' previous work background was heavily weighted in sales and negotiations with local and international clients, which gives him a high level of confidence working with deals and people of all kinds. Andres came to Manhattan real estate after gaining experience in Suffolk County, Long Island. He chose the field for his love of customer service, and flair for orchestrating transactions.

Adept at keeping the lines of communication open at all times with his clients, Andres believes in being extremely informative and thorough in every phase of the purchase, sale or rental process. "I treat my clients as I'd want to be treated and act as if the deal were my own, giving every ounce of time and attention to ensure their success."

Born in Forest Hills, Queens and raised in Smithtown, Long Island, Andres is a native New Yorker who received his MBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. He is bilingual in Spanish and English, and currently lives in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Andres loves that the city is so diverse, vibrant and multi-cultural, and how it offers something for everyone even in a self-contained amount of space. His favorite things to do besides work are playing soccer/futbol in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and coaching youth soccer on Long Island when time allows.
