ltagracia is a native New Yorker with over 5 years of professional experience. She has a BS in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson university, is a former Track & Field athlete and a trainer on her spare time.

Prior to joining Blu as a Real Estate Salesperson Alta was a Property Manager working directly with owners and management companies handling the day to day operations of Real Estate investments. Alta has experience working with condos, coops, rent stabilized, fair market and commercial units. In addition to her Real Estate experience Alta has worked in the hospitality industry as a restaurant cashier and manager. Alta's skills include interpersonal skills, time management, customer service and organization.

Ms. Vasquez is also a Notary Public, licensed in the State of New York.
