Beginning his real estate career at the young age of 19, Alex has developed a great understanding of the rental process in his years in the business. His real estate knowledge extends from the field into the classroom as well--he attended Brooklyn College to further his real estate education. Alex views his youth in this industry as an advantage. He feels this allows him to connect with his clients with a fresher perspective. He also uses his youth to coordinate his social media presence with his real estate knowledge to create a stronger connection with his community and clients.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Alex knows this city from front to back. He's spent the last 12 years living in Park Slope and has developed a deep understanding of the heartbeat that makes Park Slope the beauty that it is today. "I moved to Park Slope when I was a kid and fell in love with the area immediately. The people, the character, and the energy sold me and before I even came into the real estate business, I found myself selling the area to people around me.", Alex stated. During his real estate career, Alex has done business and developed a great understanding in the Prospect Heights, Carroll Gardens, Gowanus, Greenwood Heights, and Clinton Hill areas.
When he's not focused on real estate, you can find Alex standing in front of a TV screen rooting for the Yankees to win their 28th World Series. Or maybe you'll find him in Prospect Park walking his dog, Blue. If not, maybe at a billiards hall working on his game. Alex spends the rest of his time away from real estate with his family, in the gym, or on Brooklyn College campus where he is completing his Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
