I had seen a few different apartments with other brokers before I got to Afrim and he really made me appreciate with whom I was working with. I had applied for 2 other units with a certain brokerage and lost the apartment both times for ungiven reasons. Afrim showed me a true variety of apartments within my price-range and found something that I love in just 1 day. We went back to the office and applied for the unit. Originally I had wanted an August 15th move-in, but got me 2 weeks free if I had moved in right away. Which of course I did. Thanks for all the hard work!

Afrim!!! I Really want to thank you, I’ve been living in NYC for 3 years now and have used a variety of different brokers and have yet to meet one with your expertise in the field. I had less than 2 weeks to move from my current apartment, and having using many different brokers in the past they always tried to twist and turn my arm. Afrim sat down with me and talked to me about what I was looking for and got a real understanding, he had a list of 15 apartments narrowed it down to just 4 after our conversation. Working with Afrim was really wonderful. Coming from L.A I knew nothing of the New York Market and only had 2 days to look at apartments.
