In addition to care and commitment, Aaron brings extensive experience in various facets of real estate to the table. He's spent 20 years on the investment side, and 14 years in property management in Manhattan. Certified in Solar Energy Integration, Aaron additionally owns an online company specializing in the sale of portable solar products (www.Solaaron.com), and has donated solar power products to places he's been without electrical power. Aaron's expertise in the management and investment side of real estate gives him a distinct edge and broader understanding of buying, selling and renting property that many agents aren't equipped with. Clients also especially like his drive to find creative solutions to problems, understanding of their different requirements and preferences, and patience in guiding them through the real estate process.
Originally from San Francisco, Aaron spent a year studying in Barcelona, Spain and the following year in Paris, France. He moved to New York City over 23 years ago, attending high school in Manhattan as well as Hunter College. Aaron lived all over, downtown and uptown, in the West Village, Upper West Side, and Washington Heights/Hudson Heights. He specializes in rentals and sales in every neighborhood of interest.
When not working hard in the real estate realm, Aaron loves to travel the world. He's been to more than 20 countries so far, and speaks French (but is getting a little rusty!). His hobby is martial arts; plus he enjoys reading and cooking in free time.
