I have used Zachary to help find two different apartments to rent and both times have been a wonderful experience. He was so great and helpful the first time around that I knew I wanted no one else, but him to help in looking for another apartment to rent. He is very attentive to any needs or  requests and always quick to respond in a helpful manner. Zachary was knowledgable about which landlords were good or bad and which apartments were valued above or below market. In addition, he continues to provide any support that he can after the lease has been signed and you have moved. I couldn't recommend him more and will definitely be using him for future moves.
