Vaner Ducatel is an experienced real estate professional with experience as an investor, agent, and property manager. Originally from New York, Vaner moved to Amherst where he studied Sports Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, then returned to work in the fast-paced Capital Markets division on Wall street. Vaner left Wall Street to start his own cleaning company, while also beginning a career as a real estate investor by "house hacking" in South Brooklyn.
Vaner's real estate knowledge, coupled with his undergraduate degree, has provided valuable skills he uses daily in negotiations, buyer and seller education, and when expertly marketing his listings. Vaner's clients often describe him as transparent, proactive, and fun to be around.
