He ventured into the field of residential brokerage armed with an extensive background in marketing and business development for major design and architectural firms throughout New York City, among them Perkins and Will, and Dewberry. His experience afforded him a deadline-driven mentality and go-getter attitude that serves him well in real estate. Vahid also acquired seasoned sales, marketing and interpersonal skills; plus he excels at the art of client interaction, time management, and closing transactions with success.

Vahid resides in Brooklyn, previously lived on the Upper East Side, and works throughout Manhattan. He speaks fluent Farsi and English, and graduated from Montclair State University majoring in Marketing and International Business. Vahid is a big sports enthusiast who played volleyball for Iran's national team at age 16. He still loves playing the sport as well as soccer and basketball. His other interests include long bike rides, social gatherings and networking.
