Born and raised in Washington Heights, Sharlyn was brought up in a Dominican household where she learned the importance of hard work, independence, and resilience. From a young age, she watched her mother work diligently day and night in hopes of becoming a homeowner. After watching the joy and relief on her mother's face when she achieved her life dreams of buying a house- she was inspired to do the same for others.
Sharlyn graduated from SUNY Oneonta, where she earned her B.A. in Art in the Music Industry. After years away at college, Sharlyn gained a new perspective of what makes a house a home. She began to understand that peace of mind, happiness, and security was what everyone needed and was left more determined than ever to help people find their ideal homes.
With a strong background in customer service, Sharlyn understands the importance of active communication, remaining professional, and being kind and courteous to others. Her proactive energy, close attention to detail, and strong analytical skills have helped her excel at everything she puts her mind to and gain recognition for her achievements. She is hardworking and eager to make your experience as easy as possible.
During her free time, Sharlyn can be found emerging in her lifelong passion for music- spending the majority of her free time singing and writing her own music. When she's not focusing on music, she's often found cooking new recipes for her friends and family.
