I am a professional male. Have been renting my apartment since 2007. I have had great experiences renting the place out to many people from all over the world who gave me wonderful reviews on different sites. The Tempurpedic mattress in the bedroom is so comfortable.
The apartment is on the first floor.
The washer and dryer are in the apartment.
The rent includes all utilities and parking.
Bay Ridge is called "Walkers Paradise" because all necessary locations are within walking distance.
Also, the Ferry to the tip of Manhattan is not too far.
R subway station is two blocks away.
