Phil specializes in sales and rentals, but most importantly, in the art of customer service. He is very detail oriented, thorough, and dedicated to doing the best job possible for every client he represent.
Born and raised in New York, Phil received a Bachelor's Degree from Baruch College in Real Estate Investment & Development. During his higher education he was chosen to intern at a top commercial brokerage firm in Manhattan and successfully placed major retail tenants and assisted in the sale of a commercial condominiums. After college he explored the role as a project consultant for an interior design firm. Since then, has geared his focus to the Brooklyn residential market in a neighborhood he is proud to call home.
Phil resides and works in North Williamsburg, a vibrant neighborhood he knows and loves very well. When not showing properties or studying the market, you can find him at McCarren Park, cycling around the city, playing golf or enjoying a surf.
