Patrick Griffin is a seasoned real estate agent who spent his early career in the Boston Real Estate market. Prior to real estate, Patrick graduated from Western New England University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and received his M.S. from Northeastern University in Engineering Management and worked in the industry for many years.

As an Automation and Industrial Engineer, Patrick found the intricate and nuanced details of the financial side of business fascinating. Wanting to take his knowledge and analytical skills to another level and work closer with clients, his love for the financial market developed and made the move in to Fund Management and Financial Analysis following the market to New York City. As a resident of the Upper East Side, Patrick realized that the real estate market in New York is a great and exciting place to be and still be part of the f ... inancial world. It gives him the opportunity to build relationships with his clients, part of the real estate business that he feels is often overlooked.

Having played DIII Hockey in college, Patrick refined his leadership skills on the ice. His ability to finesse and work collaboratively with his team in college gives him the dexterity to work with clients now. He guides and leads clients through the most challenging and what is sometimes stressful part of home ownership in NYC, the search for the best home. Patrick thinks outside the box to find creative solutions and answers to all his clients' questions.

When not showing clients apartments, Patrick can be found looking at the Dinosaurs with his son at the museum, snowboarding or playing ice hockey at Chelsea Piers. He loves to travel and can't wait to show the world to his son
