Born in the Finger Lakes Region of Central New York, Michael Simkin made his way to the Big Apple in the 80s and never left. His career has been focused on sales and marketing in the alcohol beverage industry for more than twenty-five years.
Michael's interest in real estate and architecture began in 2000 when he was looking for a home to purchase here in NYC. After much searching, he set his sights on the UWS, purchased an apartment, and ultimately became president of the condominium Board.
Michael's outgoing personality, charisma, and passion have been great assets to his business and are now channeled in working with people to help find them their ideal property in NYC.
When not working with his clients, Michael can often be found at Lincoln Center attending performances or roaming through the galleries of the Metropolitan Museum of Art where he's been a member since 2009.
