Over 14 years of my life has been spent in customer service management, which has included leading teams of up to 120 in customer service initiatives, training hundreds on the value of the art, and writing two customer service handbooks for organizations. My expertise in customer service is the foundation of my career as a Realtor® and is what makes me passionate about assisting others with their home needs.

Knowing some people may not be familiar with the real estate process, I focus my efforts on education and providing clients with the knowledge they need to sell, buy, or rent their new home. My goal is to be supportive, attentive and informative, so my clients can continue to focus on what's most important to them, their families and careers.
