Kate is a native New Yorker. After attending Emma Willard School and graduating from Johns Hopkins University, she spent the next 13 years in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York working in the entertainment industry in both production and casting.Kate then transitioned into business management for a large national hair care company with salons in Los Angeles and New York. Having spent most of her childhood observing her family and godparents work in both real estate and management, she decided to blend her two true passions. Care and consideration for building long term relations with people and real estate. Communication, dedication, transparency and a strong work ethic are traits Kate employs when working with clients home buying, selling and rental needs.
After having lived in numerous cities throughout the United States she now calls the UES her home. Kate enjoys yoga, cooking yummy food for both family and friends, and accompanying her miniature schnauzer on long walks along the East River esplanade. Languages Spoken: English
