Kristina Rincon is NYC-born and of Armenian and Colombian descent and has been a passionate and devoted real estate enthusiast for many years. Her appreciation for real estate has been enhanced by having grown up around it; her grandmother having had a long-standing successful career and the time spent playing in her office as a little girl all helped contribute to Kristina's interest.

Kristina received her Bachelor's Degree in Film and Video Production from The City College of New York but her talents don't end there-- she is also an accomplished pastry chef and baker, having studied at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2005 and 2006.

Kristina spends most of her little free time exploring great new restaurants (hint hint- she's a major foodie!) volunteering with the Gowanus Canal Conservancy and New York Cares, hiking, fitness, and reading and learning about entrepreneurial endeavors.

Oceanography, astrophysics, screenwriting, animation and history are amongst her other interests.
