Jimmy was a great real estate agent, especially for someone finding an apartment for the first time. He showed us many options that were in our budget and he found us places that were well worth our money. The places he showed us were in a great area and the buildings had many amenities so they were worth the money. He explained real estate terms that we didn't really understand and he had great relationships with all the buildings' leasing offices, which is helpful for when you need to schedule a last minute apartment viewing. He was also quick on his phone, so whenever you texted him questions, he responded immediately. I definitely recommend working with Jimmy Villalba.
