Originally from Venezuela, Juan Pablo left to pursue a career in the film industry. He got his B.A. in Boston and his Masters in the United Kingdom and it was in London where he developed his love for Real Estate while working in residential property development.

He understands from experience how hard it can be to find your dream home in a new city and after having been a resident of Hell's Kitchen, Astoria, downtown Manhattan, and Midtown East, he has learned its way and is in love with the city and its diversity of people.

Goal-oriented, resourceful, and naturally curious, he genuinely loves to listen to his clients to identify their needs and refuses to give up until he has fully exceeded their expectations.
When he's not in the office or touring the latest listings, Juan Pablo enjoys watching movies, cooking, reading, and exercising.

He is fluent in English, Spanish, and conversational French.
