Texas native Jordan Beall moved to New York City, and loves to both welcome new people into town and help experienced New Yorkers find their next home. Now that he's based here, he likes to think he blends Southern charm and Northeastern tenacity to get the job done and make the real estate experience seamless for his clients.
Jordan specializes in rentals and sales, mainly in the Theatre District, Upper West Side and Harlem, and prides himself on his honesty, ethics, and attentive hands-on service. Clients appreciate his enthusiastic approach to real estate, as much as they do the enjoyment and pride he has while intently doing his job.
"There are some interesting apartments on the market, however my Golden Rule of Real Estate is: If I wouldn't feel comfortable living there or a place doesn't meet my standards, then it's not for my client. I have your best interest in mind when I search for your ideal home."
Persistence and drive also distinguish Jordan. After graduating from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Dance Performance and Minor in Business, he became a professional dancer who found much success in NYC. In fact, his clients will be able to catch his appearance on season 3 of Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Jordan has also had many years of experience in retail and customer service, management and sales.
Interpersonal skills and communication are his fortes. "I understand the importance of time in this industry, since a few minutes can lose you the deal, especially with rentals. Therefore I always communicate effectively and in a timely manner, and ensure that I'm readily available for my client to grab that opportunity."
In free time, you can find Jordan at the gym, hitting up happy hour with friends, out in nature, dancing, or experimenting in the kitchen.
