Jesica was born and raised between Florida, California and Peru. After graduating from Florida State University with a bachelors in Business Management plus a minor in Art History, she moved to St. Marten to work in hospitality, followed by moving to Los Angeles to style actors on set in the entertainment industry. Through the years, Jesica has developed a positive work ethic to satisfy the needs of her clients. Her skills for listening and her passion for problem solving helped her grow strong relationships with her clients and making others around her feel comfortable.
Jesica's main drive to success come from her parents who, besides worked in the beauty industry, they also had a lucrative hobby of buying and selling real estate in Flordia and Peru. Through her extensive travels, Jesica fell in love with the energy, the many cultures, and the amazing food New York City has to offer, especially in Real Estate. From her first visit fifteen years ago, selling Real Estate in New York has always been on her bucket list.
Jesica's authentic and outgoing personality allows her to truly connect with clients while having fun and living her dream. Moving from another city, Jesica understands how intimidating and challenging apartment hunting can be. Jesica is ready to hold her client's hands through the process so ultimately they can enjoy the treasures this city has to offer.
