Maintenance @ my building are the best . they always repair in a timely manner . I dont have to constantly call them to remind them . I am very happy with my apartment .

COSO does not have the best apartments in NYC and their apartments' condition can be so different from one to another. I do not recommend lease from them without visting the apartment, inspecting all the appliances and checking the lease. Our washer had mold in it, and half tank of water which smells. Our oven had used, uncleaned grills inside. Althought the lease say some heat was included, but there is only baseboard in the partment and is at charge of renters. In terms of their space, it is considerably smaller in some apartments than others, with the same rent. Every one of a pair of window latches is broken in our apratment. The interior design is horrible in some rooms, making the usable space even smaller. To sum up, COSO's apartments and services vary. Do not make a decision until you are sure of everything.

The room is great and I love it, but there are roaches here. I wonder if there is some way for you to do with it. I would be really appreciated. And by the way, there is a ladder in our apartment. I guess you guys might forget it. It's ok to bring it anytime, just contact us, thank you very much.

CoS was extremely helpful and communicative in the leasing stage of the rental. My family was new to NYC and its unique real estate landscape. CoS walked us through our various options available to us and did so quickly so that we could get what we needed in the short time we had. Well done. Where do I begin? First I must say that I am not endorsing a corporation or landlord. As a teacher, I want to acknowledge two outstanding employees who made my day. They are not real estate brokers and that is such a relief (I don't need to explain why - right?) The moment I met Jett, he made me feel comfortable. I am a very good judge of character and I could tell he would help me. He was so honest. When I noticed a stain on the hard wood floor and questioned about its removal, Jett said they would try but there was no guarantee. Fair enough, I thought to myself. How many times do sales people make promises they have no intention of keeping. Then back at the office of COSA at 931 Amsterdam avenue, I met Stacey who impressed me so with her knowledge and professionalism. Again, as a teacher, I enjoyed the support and collaboration that bounced back and forth between Stacey and Jett. I write this recommendation for these two very fine young people, and also because I want the corporation and landlords to know about them and how they made my day a very beautiful experience.
