Agent Profile
Finding your niche in real estate is essential to being successful in a city with so much competition. Working with first-time homebuyers and clients new to New York City is Chrishuan Sweet's specialty - and she has a solid list of past clients who would vouch for her ability to not only surpass their real estate goals but also help them discover the different aspects that make each neighborhood special.

Chrishaun's innate ability to connect with individuals is deeply rooted in her family's long line of entrepreneurs and small business owners specializing in property management. Harnessing a business mindset and appreciation for real estate was instilled in her ever since she was a little girl, and it's what shaped her passion to ultimately delve into the family business and all things real estate. If you were to flip on her TV, for example, you'd likely find it set on a home improvement channel like HGTV. A New York City native with generations of family from Harlem and the Bronx, Chrishaun currently resides in Harlem with a true admiration and fascination of New York City culture and architecture.

Before killing it in real estate, Chrishaun graduated from Towson University in Maryland where she was a former cheerleader and track and field athlete. She studied psychology and philosophy, which attribute to her love of meeting new people and understanding their true needs - an essential skill for sifting through real estate property throughout the Big Apple. It takes a real understanding of the client's goals to narrow results down to the one that's perfect for a particular individual.

An avid reader, Chrishaun enjoys adding to her collection of literature - her favorite piece being "Dracula" by Bram Stoker. Outside of reading, her favorite hobby is learning about different cultures along with their societal norms. To Chrishaun it's exciting to discover the different types of lifestyles that occupy our planet, along with their unique flavors of food. In fact, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes, particularly Latin American- and Caribbean-influenced dishes.
