Carolina Germain came to real estate with years of experience in the world of finance, having held positions at Royal Bank and RE/MAX, and as Director Commercial Leasing & Financing for a car dealership in her hometown Montreal area. Yet, she ultimately was drawn to apply her experience working effectively with numbers and with people following in her family's footsteps as a dedicated Real Estate Professional. When Carolina Germain puts her mind to something, she does it wholeheartedly, just as she does for her real estate clients who rely on her tenacity to find the home of their dreams. It's this same attention to detail and service that attract many of Carolina's clients who are looking to "move up" in Manhattan or make the transition from renter to buyer. Today, much of her business is based on referrals from the clients and contacts she has cultivated since moving to New York.
A native Canadian, Carolina has enjoyed extensive travel around the world, but always loves coming back to the place she is proud to call home--her Gotham. Fluent in French and English, Carolina is proud to call herself "a hockey mom" and can always be found routing her son on at Chelsea Piers. She is passionate about work and family, but when time allows she enjoys Central Park, taking advantage of all New York City has to offer, and reading good books to educate herself on various topics of interest.
