Calvin believes that success in real estate, or any service business, comes by consistently putting your clients' best interests first. His strength lies in his ability to not only listen but understand and interpret what people's goals are. "Getting to know what my client's life journey has been to this point, and how that comes into play for securing a perfect place to rent in NYC is an important aspect of my work, and essential to helping fulfill their unique needs. I take pride in the role I play as a guide, educator and advocate." Calvin joined Citi Habitats after working with another brokerage firm, plus also worked in hospitality at a golf resort. He hails from Vietnam, and studied Hotel Operation Management at Swiss Hotel Management School. Calvin also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Mercy College. Being highly communication, organized, timely and customer service oriented are essential qualities in his real estate practice, and are those his clients most appreciate most. A NYC resident for over five years, he specializes in rentals primarily in Midtown Manhattan neighborhoods including Hell's Kitchen, Kips Bay, Murray Hill, Gramercy and Chelsea, among other areas upon request.
