Exposed to the real estate industry through his father who owns several multifamily properties in NYC, Alexander became intrigued with the business and involved with property management and tenant relations. He also worked for a prominent developer with properties primarily in Brooklyn and Queens, then as an agent for a renowned NYC commercial real estate broker prior to joining Elliman.
Alexander's focus is on high-end residential sales and rentals in luxury buildings primarily in Chelsea, Tribeca and Soho as well as the sale of single family townhouses in the West Village and Upper East Side. He currently resides in Murray Hill and knows the diverse neighborhoods very well.
Born and raised in Great Neck, Long Island, Alexander completed a year at Tulane University and the remainder of his studies at the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University. He graduated Cum Laude with a BBA in Finance/Economics, and moved to Tel Aviv pursuant to a post-graduate exchange program. Living in Israel for six months and thereafter traveling throughout Asia and Europe exposed him to different cultures and ways of life.
