DESCRIPTION
Consequent to a considerable elevator ride, you walk down the hall into this recently renovated unit. Immediately you are hit with sunlight from NINE points of exposure, bringing together the earthy tones of the longboard mahogany floor boards, the acoustics of the sky-hight ceiling, and the gorgeous views of the east Manhattan skyline. As you look to your left, you will see a beautiful open kitchen, fitted with top grade stainless steel appliances (including a microwave and dishwasher), beautiful polished black marble countertops, walnut cabinetry both above and below the counters, as well as an Austrian crystal chandelier, adding the finishing touch of a refined luxurious feel. As you walk forwards you will pass two fully built in, pre-organized wardrobe closets en route to the bathroom. There you will find a custom vanity Crme de Marfil stone counters and tiling, an arching stainless steel vessel sink, and a Kohler beveled frameless medicine cabinet.

The quality of life residents experience in this building is unmatched. No matter what time you walk into the building, you will be greeted by a doorman, providing you with security and 24 hour assistance.
