Bedroom size is about 10' by 12' and has a full-size bed, side table, large triple-size closet, a/c, full-length mirror, double window with Hunter & Douglas blinds. High-speed wireless internet in your room.
Well-maintained building, no problems with heat or hot water. I am the legal tenant and allowed to have a roommate.
Very convenient location, near all major subways:
1, 2 & 3 at one end of the block.
F, M, & L other end of the block.
3, 4, 5 & N, Q, R available at Union Square two blocks away.
4 gyms, drug stores, dry cleaners (organic), shoe repairs, supermarkets, health food stores, great restaurants all within a two block radius.
I am a mature female who is calm and pleasant (due to practicing yoga and meditation). I treat people with respect and consideration. I am quiet at home and do not conduct my social life in the apt.
