Description
Do you dream of living in Greenwich Village? You are not alone. The romance, the restaurants, the location. This block puts you steps from the 1,2,3 trains and PATH. Close to NYU and the Union Square Greenmarket.

Walk in the elegant pre-war entry into the beautiful lobby with stained glass and easy chairs. Hop on the vintage elevator as you admire all the space and light. This studio has it all. Storage is idea thanks to the custom closet and built in dresser and shelves. Light fills the space painted in buttercream yellow and white. Especially high ceilings allow for extra large cabinets in the kitchen, which has been renovated with new stainless steel appliances. The bathroom is a STAR. Huge white tub, lots of light, black accent tiles, and a shower, plus a new triple mirrored cabinet. Large laundry room in basement.

I can count the no fee studios in the village on one hand. If you don't like the idea of paying a broker fee and want to live downtown, this is it. Call Suzanne ASAP at 929-249-0240. Photos are of similar studio in same building.

The Property / Area (West Village)

Due it its quiet tree-lined streets and the trendy and stylish vibes, it is the perfect hideaway for many artists and celebrities. The West Village is a neighborhood of free spirited luxury. You'll find 19th century townhomes as well as cul-de-sacs and more recently some condominiums, though even these newer developments are small compared to the standard ones across the rest of the city. Off the grid system, the winding streets of the West Village are exciting, if not complicated, to explore. You'll get lost, but that's okay, because the streets are charming and lovely.

Atmosphere

The architecture of the West Village sets it apart from any other neighborhood. There aren't skyscrapers and the most desirable homes are brownstones and townhouses which sit next to the famous Washington Square Park. The arts community of the West Village is an integral part of the…
