Applicants who are employed must prove their employment income by providing either pay stubs or an offer letter if they are newly employed. In addition, applicants must provide bank statements supporting their employment income. The following guidelines should be used for verifying employed applicants? income:
1. Paystubs
 a. Applicants must provide their most recent paystubs covering a one-month period
    i. If applicant is paid weekly, their 4 most recent consecutive paystubs are required
    ii. If applicant is paid bi-weekly, their 2 most recent consecutive paystubs are required
    iii. If applicant is paid monthly, their most recent paystub is required
2. Offer Letter
 a. If an applicant is newly employed, they can provide an offer letter outlining their employment details          
    and scheduled income amount. An offer letter may only be considered if the following conditions
    are met:
    i. Offer letter is on company letterhead
    ii. Offer letter clearly outlines applicant?s income amount
    iii. Applicant?s employment start date is within 30 days of their lease start date.
    iv. Associates verifying POI should contact the applicant?s employer to verify the validity of the offer
        letter and applicant?s acceptance of employment
     1. Verification may be completed through emailing or calling the employer listed on the offer
        letter and/or listed on the company website
     2. Associate may ask the employer if the offer letter is valid and if the information outlined is
        accurate. Once complete, the offer letter may be accepted
3. Bank Statements
 a. Applicants must provide their most recent 3 month?s bank statements (all pages) in PDF format.
   i. Bank statements provided must document applicant?s income deposits from their employer. If
