A wall of sleek entry closets and a large study with built-in floating shelves, walnut ceilings, and beautiful pool views complete the level.Translucent mesh screens line the floating staircase and hallway to the second level, where a mezzanine overlooking the great room doubles as a home theater. Two bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows open to a sitting room/playroom and share a large full bathroom with a double vanity. A third bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and access to a balcony that connects to the theater mezzanine. A full laundry room completes this multi-functional floor. The flexible top level is ready to suit your needs as a full-floor primary suite or an additional penthouse entertaining space.
