DESCRIPTION
Spectacular NO FEE + one month free (rent price reflected on one month free) one bedroom at the edge of Tribeca! Interior finishes and fixtures have all been designed and selected by Frank Gehry, beginning with brushed stainless steel entry door hardware, inspired by the organic forms found in nature. Custom cabinetry in kitchens and baths is fabricated with vertical grain Douglas Fir, a material whose fine grain and amber coloring combine to create an effect that is both polished and warm. Tones of light and charcoal gray in brushed stainless steel appliances, chrome fixtures, porcelain tile flooring, and quartz countertops complement this warmth.

All elements of the interiors combine to create an aesthetic that is comfortable, light and modern. The unit also features asymmetrical bay windows that expand into the apex of each curve. Stepping into these free form bays residents experience the city in a new perspective, and the sculptural qualities of the building itself become part of the view.

A comprehensive array of lifestyle and valet services is available to the residents, including move-in coordination, the development of custom furniture packages, and expert housekeeping. In addition, social and entertainment spaces include a Private Dining Room, indoor swimming pool, outdoor grilling terrace, children's playroom, library, spa center, fitness center including Pilates, and training room.

Fun Facts and History of Tribeca

Originally used for farmland after the colonization of the Dutch, the land was given to Trinity Church in 1705. The church would own the area for over 100 years, building separate churches and living spaces for the growing population. These homes would later be recognized as one of NYC's first residential neighborhoods beyond the original colonial boundaries.

By the 1840's, several piers had been built in the area, which encouraged trading ships to land there rather than navigate the more difficult East River. This made industry in the area explode, making it a hub for produce and textile creation. The industry of the area only grew after the construction of the subway and…
