Quiet, one bedroom apartment on the main floor in a 6-apartment house on a quiet side-street, 4 minutes distance from the Graham stop on the L. It was renovated in June, 2019. It is unfurnished, faces north south, has lovely hardwood floors throughout except the kitchen and bathroom which has slate-grey flooring tiles. Ceilings are 11 feet and the kitchen ceiling is pressed tin. The fridge is new (and huge) the dishwasher is also new. Gas and electricity are paid by the tenant. Large soaker tub in the bathroom, which has a nice window to the back deck. The best part about this apartment is the back deck which affords plenty of space to host 6 people with recommended social distancing (I'm not joking, it's 360 sqft). Perfect for BBQ'ing, gardening, hammock swinging, bike repair or anything else you might want to do in relative outdoor privacy.
