This bedroom also looks out over the living room, giving it a bright, airy quality and while the opening is covered with shutters, this room is not completely private from the main living areas. The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $7,500. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
