DESCRIPTION
If serious, ask for video. New Renovations have been made.
Extremely large and bright entire top (2nd) floor apartment w/ cathedral ceilings you need to experience in person. Truly awesome when you are in there. Peaceful hidden gem on a quiet cul-de-sac. (close to all) All big everything. This is a home, not just an apartment. Plenty of cabinets, closets, and storage. Nothing fancy but is twice the size of other apartments we have in the area for the same price. If you want peace and quiet and to have your home really feel like home, then this is a must see. No pets. No smoking.

Although there are many reasons that this is my personal favorite 2BR of the month, I have literally hundreds of others in Bushwick, Williamsburg, Bed-Stuy and Ridgewood and 10 years experience in the area. I'm happy to help figure out the best few places for your needs.
I'm sorry but there is no smoking allowed in the building. No pets allowed either. I have many other properties that do allow pets, just ask.

especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants
opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer
capital of the Northeast."
During the late 1800's, Bushwick garnered more of an Italian
population as well, though industry still dominated the
neighborhood until after WWII, when many of the factories…
