DESCRIPTION
Fully furnished apartment with an unfurnished bedroom to rent. Large, sunny living room with dining room space and a separate kitchen. Located in a great neighborhood, there are two laundromats down the block and grocery stores on located within 1 block either left or right from the apartment. Tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in every direction. Internet is included in the rent. Utilities included in the rent.

The room: In the back of the apartment so you do not hear any street noise. Fits a queen sized bed, dresser, and other small furniture pieces. Closet in the bedroom and you have space in a shared linen closet and your own hallway closet.

The apartment: Lots of natural light in a big living room/dining room space. Separate kitchen.

Me: I am a mid-30s professional, work in education and am getting a doctorate. I keep a clean apartment and prefer the roommate to also be a professional and maintain tidy commons areas. Don't wear shoes in the apartment and it's a non-smoking place. In the evenings and weekends, when home, I usually try to catch up on Hulu or cook.

If you are interested, please get in touch with some details about yourself, and the best way to get in touch to set up a time to meet. Thanks!
