LOWER EAST SIDE
Bound by the Bowery and the East River, the Lower East Side is
an eclectic mix of many cultures and energies. With Houston Street
to the North and the Manhattan Bridge to the south, this
neighborhood has a lot to offer to people visiting the area as well
as those who already live here.
Occupied by the Lenape people before Dutch colonization, the
Lower East Side was perfect for farming and agriculture due to its
proximity to the river. Over time, however, the area was made into
a residential neighborhood to support the growing population of the
city and for the strategic location of Corlears Hook, a notable

RENTHOP DESCRIPTION
The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $6,444. The building allows easy access via an elevator. The building also boasts a fitness center to help residents stay in great shape. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).
We have 17 photos of this particular unit, building, and surrounding areas.
