You've arrived at the Parkside Brooklyn. Modern luxury apartment rentals with 585 acres of lush, green open space right at your doorstep. Welcome.

As you might have noticed, we're literally park-side by name and we are Brooklyn by nature. Nestled in a quiet corner opposite historic Prospect Park, we're a warm oasis of cutting-edge comforts, perfectly designed for an after-dinner stroll or morning coffee on the roof.

Passing through the lushly landscaped entry of Parkside, you then step into the cool serenity of the elegant lobby. Dynamic marble and wood curve, leading to state-of-the-art lounges and communal areas where modernity meets heritage. FLATBUSH

Once the British took over in 1664, Flatbush became the central area of the new King's County, even being named the county seat. It would remain this way through the 1700's and most of the 1800's being a large hub for merchants and farmers.

Flatbush was incorporated into the larger city of Brooklyn in 1894 and subsequently turned into a residential neighborhood after 1898 when Brooklyn became a borough in the Greater New York City. Construction on new apartment complexes, mostly mid-rise art deco buildings, happened quickly as subway lines came to the area…
