Kitchen is separate with butler pantry, two large windows for ventilation. Standard sized appliances, gas range stove and oven. Bath has one large window and standard size tub. Gorgeous original parquet floors throughout apartment. Cream colored hexagonal tiles in kitchen. Large windows throughout rest of the apartment. To really appreciate this unit is to visit the space or ask for video. I live nearby in Prospect Park.
A little bit about the LL: I've known the LL since 2016. She is a pretty decent and kind lady with a nice family.
Apartment is on the ground floor. Large queen to king sized bedrooms. Dining area can be a third bedroom. Please no more than four people in this unit. May provide extra storage at LL's discretion. Credit 660 or higher, no evictions on report and (combined) income can be 75k or higher.

Just below Prospect Park is the residential neighborhood of
Flatbush. Quiet and calm, yet still close to the action, Flatbush
is a popular neighborhood with families and young professionals
alike due to its proximity to the park, fabulous restaurants, and
easy access to other parts of the city.
Established in 1651, Flatbush went by the name of "Midwout" when
it was still a young Dutch Colony. Once the British took over in
1664, Flatbush became the central area of the new King's County,
even being named the county seat. It would remain this way through
the 1700's and most of the 1800's being a large hub for merchants
and farmers.
Flatbush was incorporated into the larger city of Brooklyn in
1894 and subsequently turned into a residential neighborhood after
1898 when Brooklyn became a borough in the Greater New York City.
Construction on new apartment complexes, mostly mid-rise art deco
buildings, happened quickly as subway lines came to the area…
