DESCRIPTION
– a beacon of luxury set amidst the vibrant tapestry of Prospect Lefferts Garden. Envision living in a space where every square foot, all 2,341 of them, whispers tales of classic charm, contemporary allure, and meticulous design. This isn't just a residence; it's a three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom masterpiece where dreams are not just dreamt but lived.

From the moment you step across the threshold, you're enveloped in an ambiance that blends timeless elegance with modern sophistication. Imagine a world where your soundtrack flows through built-in speakers, your ambiance is painted with recessed lighting, and your comfort is orchestrated by central heating and cooling – all dancing at the fingertips of your phone.

The parlor level is a culinary symphony waiting to happen. The chef's kitchen, a spectacle of top-tier appliances, including a wine fridge for your rare finds, a dishwasher for your convenience, and a microwave for your culinary expeditions. The floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the solid oak herringbone flooring in light, creating a canvas for your life's moments, complemented by a quaint powder room for convenience and whispers of old-world charm.

Ascend on what we lovingly call the 'stairway to heaven', to the second floor – your sanctuary. Bathed in the light from a skylight that rivals the Louvre's, and ceilings so high they whisper to the angels. The master suite, a realm of luxury, boasts bay windows cradling a state-of-the-art walk-in closet, leading to a master bath that's a hymn to relaxation, featuring both a rain shower and a free-standing soaking tub atop heated floors. Two additional suites are sanctuaries of light and serenity, alongside a bathroom accented in mosaic, echoing stories of ancient baths.

The piece de resistance? A private rooftop offering vistas of your kingdom, and a shared backyard, a nod to communal luxury.

Fun Facts and History of Flatbush

Established in 1651, Flatbush went by the name of "Midwout" when it was still a young Dutch Colony. Once the British took over in 1664, Flatbush became the central area of the new King's County, even being named the county seat. It would remain this way through the 1700's and most of the 1800's being a large hub for merchants and farmers.

Flatbush was incorporated into the larger city of Brooklyn in 1894 and subsequently turned into a residential neighborhood after 1898 when Brooklyn became a borough in the Greater New York City. Construction on new apartment complexes, mostly mid-rise art deco buildings, happened quickly as subway lines came to the area…
