Escaping Manhattan? The BROOKLYN HEIGHTS neighborhood is the perfect solution for anyone who wants to live just across the Brooklyn Bridge in Brownstone Brooklyn near the F, G, C, A, 2, 3, 4, or R trains.

Trees, big sky, and proximity to fresh air off the bay, Smith Street Restaurant Row, MetroTech, and the BAM Cultural Center makes this the most advantageous neighborhood if you want to be smack in the middle of all the entertainment and culture that define what is hip and cool about Brooklyn for those looking for more value for their rental dollar. This new renovation is a tremendous deal. Call for a private appointment to view.

Please note: Although I specialize in NO FEE and LOW FEE apartments in some of the city's best neighborhoods, during the high season (April through July) landlords and building management companies vary, week-by-week, whether or not they offer to pay the brokerage fee in part or whole. This is determined by an algorithm of availability. I always double check before taking showing a property.
