PLEASE READ THE WHOLE AD!
Really nice building in an amazing location. What's rare about this is that with these new ground-up construction buildings the apartments are usually really small -OR- they're in a bad neighborhood.
That's not the case here: the location is the best part and the apartment is actually a lot bigger than these types of buildings usually are!

This extra large 1 bed, 1 bath with a private balcony unit boasts space and style. Featuring central heat and air, stainless steel appliances, large windows and ample closet space. The building includes laundry, bike storage, elevator and a roof deck. Just down the street from the Central M train or the DeKalb L. Close to tons of other great local spots for eating, nightlife, etc...

I have hundreds of other apartments in the area so if this one doesn't work out, I could find one best suited to your needs if you tell me everything that's most important to you. However, this one is awesome and I strongly recommend seeing it in person ASAP.

Please TEXT me for fastest response. Please start with the following:
1. your name and who you are moving with
2. when you need to move
3. your approximate credit and income
4. your budget and what areas you are looking at
5. when you are available to see places
6. any pets?

Happy to answer any questions and/or arrange a showing via PHONE.

Thanks! :)

BUSHWICK

Surrounded by Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Ridgewood Queens, East New York and Brownsville, Bushwick is a trendy area beloved by artists and young professionals. With a hopping nightlife and some great restaurants, it's no wonder why people love this neighborhood.

Fun Facts and History of Bushwick

Some of the roads traversed by hipsters and artists on their bikes today are trails cut by Native Americans. Taken over by the Dutch, the land became food and tobacco farms, and then transitioned into an industrial hotspot in the 1800's.

The factories of Bushwick primarily produced sugar, oil, and various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants, especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer capital of the Northeast."

During the late 1800's, Bushwick garnered more of an Italian population as well, though industry still dominated the neighborhood until after WWII, when many of the factories…
