This room features a large (very large), walk in closet large enough for several dressers, suitcases, a full wardrobe, a second, oversized closet, space for a desk, queen size bed, tv stand, couch and more. The only caveat is that this room does not include a window. I *do* have a panel at the top of the wall, which lets sunlight in, and my door is always wide open with the blinds up, so a lot of sun does come in, despite no windows."

iii. Applicant?s employment start date is within 30 days of their lease start date.
iv. Associates verifying POI should contact the applicant?s employer to verify the validity of
the offer letter and applicant?s acceptance of employment.
(1.) Verification may be completed through emailing or calling the employer listed
on the offer letter and/or listed on the company website.
(2.) Associate may ask the employer if the offer letter is valid and if the information
outlined is accurate. Once complete, the offer letter may be accepted.
3. Bank Statements
