A newly constructed state of the art masterpiece has brought Manhattan's original neighborhood into and beyond the 21st century. It has been thoughtfully designed and finished in the finest materials. Light spills into this glorious unit through oversized windows and across Russian white oak hardwood floors. Cook and entertain using top tier appliances!
Designed by award-winning architect, Gene Kaufman, the building is a brand new luxury rental building located in the trendy neighborhood of SoHo. It blends classic loft comfort with contemporary splendor, and it possesses 31 stunning homes in 1- and 2-bedroom with spacious home office layouts and a sublime 3-bedroom penthouse. Each residence features a collection of high-end finishes, home office space, and a modern open plan layout designed to maximize natural light. Highlights include beautiful Russian white oak wood floors, central heating and cooling, airy 12 ft. ceilings, oversized tilt-and-turn Schuco windows with automatic blackout and solar shades, Crestron Smart Home systems, keyless Latch entry, in-home washers/dryers from Miele, elegant bathrooms with radiant heated floors, and chic kitchens equipped with white lacquer Europlak soft-close cabinets, massive eat-in waterfall islands, sleek Caesarstone Calacatta Nuvo countertops, and high-end Miele appliances. Many units also come with a mezzanine level and private outdoor space.
SoHo has some of the best people-watching in Manhattan, as it is a mecca for the trendy, sophisticated downtown elite. The north-south running streets are often sites of fashion shoots as well as home to upscale European boutiques. The east-west running streets are busier and always clogged with vendors selling everything from iPhone cases to incense. One you hit Broadway, you could be in just about any mall in America with retail chains, tourists, teenagers, and disgruntled New Yorkers dominating the avenue.

During the era of Dutch colonialism, SoHo was the site of the
first free Black settlement in Manhattan. The land would remain
largely rural until the draining of the Collect Pond due to
pollution. Soon after, Broadway and Canal street were paved and
people began to come in droves.
During the early and mid 1800's SoHo began constructing cast
iron buildings in order to reduce the risk of fires, which had
become common in the city. The buildings allowed for large windows
and apartments. The wealthy elites of Manhattan called this place
home until the invention of Modern Steel, which allowed for the
development of skyscrapers. The rich, seeking modern luxuries,
