As part of this mission, College Housing Northwest provides below-market rate housing for students pursuing higher education in the Portland and Corvallis areas.
The Goose Hollow Tower is a high rise located in the Goose Hollow neighborhood, only a 15-minute walk from the Portland State campus. Rent is offered at a lower rate than area housing and comes with amenities such as a community space for studying, events, and on-site Community Assistant staff who respond to after-hours needs.
