This beautiful studio features ash hardwood flooring, a full kitchen with designer finishes, and white quartz counters for contrast. The impressive bathroom in white and grey tiled floors features a custom-designed medicine cabinet with integrated vanity lighting. Washer/dryer in the unit.
About the building:
Feel the charm of a boutique hotel from the 1920s:
This brand new development is perfectly blending the nightlife with the building amenities and design. In short, this is a revival of Gatsby and the 20s in one residential place with:
⁃ Jam room with karaoke, drum sets, and other instruments.
⁃ Dining room for private parties.
⁃ Wine vault
⁃ Chef's kitchen for private events
⁃ And a rooftop deck designed for watching the Hudson over the sunset.
**this is a sick, small boutique luxury building. Have similar in Chelsea, Gramercy and In West 70s.

other things, like the construction of New York Hospital in
1911.
The population of the area exploded in the early 1900's. Even
so, the city didn't pay too much attention to the area, which led
to increased poverty and crime. During prohibition, Hell's Kitchen
was the site of several major distilling and rumrunner…
