DESCRIPTION

With a minimalist aesthetic of 42-story 695 First Avenue, designed by Richard Meier Architects & Partners. The design thoughtfully pairs with the dignified atmosphere of the nearby United Nations complex. The extensive amenity package, which includes an East River-facing swimming pool, sunlit children's playroom, and couch-equipped resident screening room, aims to surpass luxury apartment competition in Murray Hill to the south and Turtle Bay to the north. The prominent building's upper floors face a spectacular panorama of the Midtown skyline, and every east-facing unit overlooks the waterfront.
