Description
Introducing This lovely newly renovated Queen Size one-bedroom apartment located on a tree-lined street between First and Second Avenues. Features include hardwood floors and a lovely open kitchen and exposed brick give the space an excellent opaque charm that is sure to bring the Chef out of you. Not a challenge either to reach you're everyday final destination as this apartment is located on the 1st floor in one of the most quiet kept secrets that is the Upper East Side.

The Building is a charming pre-war walk-up building steps away from the Q train at 83rdStreet and 2nd Avenue. Located on a tree lined street in the heart of the Upper East Side. The area offers a convenient location to find a vast array of neighborhood shops and restaurant choices ranging from casual eating to fine dining. This building features a renovated lobby and hallways with new Oak entryway doors, classic black and white marble floor tiling and marble staircases throughout. The newly redone facade features classic brownstone and red brick. Pet Friendly.

The Upper East Side is synonymous with old money and classic New York sophistication, but this huge swath of the city actually encompasses many diverse lifestyles. Stately mansions and designer boutiques west of Lexington Avenue give way to a much younger, more affordable scene in Yorkville. Flanked by Central Park, Museum Mile, and the East River, the Upper East Side is one of the most culturally vibrant and historic neighborhoods in New York City. The parks and museums on these tree-lined streets are complemented by the retail/restaurant corridors on Madison and Second Avenues. Within Close proximity of the Q train, 4,5 train on Lexington Avenue.

The Property / Area (Yorkville)

Located between 79th and 96th Streets between 3rd Ave and East End Avenue, Yorkville has become more accessible due to the City expansion of the subway line under 2nd Ave, most recently completed at the end of 2016. The T train runs the length of Manhattan along 2nd avenue (and is joined by the Q), relieving those living on the furthest east end of the city from long walks to the Lexington Avenue 4/5/6. Yorkville is bordered by the FDR, which makes it popular for those with vehicles. Car rental companies by the highway and connections to other major highways in the metro area make getting out of the city a little simpler. The neighborhood meets all your basic needs, in terms of grocery stores, banks, and parks. While there used to be many low rise, narrow walk-ups, the area is quickly seeing an increase in mid to high rise buildings, many being co-ops.

Atmosphere

For those who have furry friends, Carl Schurz Park on the East side is a great place to walk your dogs. Easy access to…
