DESCRIPTION
Welcome to your new home in Lenox Hill with amazing access to the train lines, grocery stores,East River access as well as Central Park a few blocks west.
Incredible 1BR/1BA duplex with plenty of floor space for any arrangement. Your living room is spacious enough for the large designer sofa and coffee table and even has room for the dining table. Media would be best wall mounted here to not obstruct the view because you have two points of exposure keeping your living space bright with the natural light pouring in.
Your kitchen has been outfitted with plenty of cabinet space and thoughtfully built around an exposure here keeping the space nice and bright. A gas range for those aspiring chefs and full sized fridge are the stainless steel upgrades that keep this area up to date and gives a modern vibe.
Head up the stairs and you arrive to your king sized bedroom. Not only spacious enough for the bed, there's enough space for the nightstands as well as a dresser for all the casual fits. Closets here can keep all the wear hanging in an organized fashion and there's plenty of room for the travel bags as well.
Your bathroom has the soaking tub to help wash away the grind of a NY workday or adjustable shower if you choose.
Behind the medicine-cabinet mirror is room for the essential hygiene products and anything else you need can go under the sink to keep things off the floor.
Things to note: The Q/N/R/W trains are 3 blocks West, 4/5/6 lines are roughly 5 blocks SouthWest and there are plenty of grocery options including Target, Morton Williams, and Trader Joes in the area. Multiple fine dining and casual restaurants are within distance and don't forget the East River views just around the corner.

UPPER EAST SIDE
The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence.
Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the
Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate
and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still
considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in
recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their
20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the
Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.
With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is
only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only
train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even
better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get.
All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no
longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.
The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as
Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
