DESCRIPTION
Located in Downtown Manhattan, the GRAMERCY NEIGHBORHOOD is a warm and inviting place to call HOME. In the 1800s, Gramercy Park was designed to house fashionable people. The Roosevelts lived there for decades and enjoyed the area?s EXCLUSIVE GRAMERCY PARK. Over the years it?s been home to many writers, politicians, artists, and people who enjoy its CENTRAL LOCATION and PEACEFUL ATMOSPHERE. The neighborhood now is a mix of longtime residents and newcomers who like being just removed from the commotion of Union Square and the East Village; it's reminiscent of a sprawling, well-groomed park with its clean streets and carefully cultivated greenery; with few tourist attractions, it is filled with residents looking for a place to RELAX WITH PRIVACY. Gramercy has become a popular place for dining, with notable restaurateurs like Danny Meyer and Todd English setting up shop in it. Easy access to transportation and so much more. You will absolutely love living here. This CONTEMPORARY, ELEVATOR building is the perfect space for EXCLUSIVE residents. All apartments include a PRIVATE BALCONY, and top apartments feature roof gardens with incredible terrace views. Residents enjoy NEWLY RENOVATED KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS, as well as LAUNDRY ROOM in the building. Conveniently LOCATED NEAR SEVERAL SUBWAY LINES, plenty of restaurants, bars, and our favorite neighborhood spot - Madison Square Park.
Welcome to your NEW HOME. This is a NEWLY RENOVATED TRUE 2 bedroom apartment with it's own PRIVATE TERRACE. Come unwind and relax at home after a long day with the lovely views from your balcony. The GOURMET KITCHEN is equipped with custom cabinetry, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, cooking a meal will be a fun activity because of the wide open space you have, and when you're done simply use your dishwasher to clean up, forget about doing dishes! The amazing hardwood floors are incredible and you will enjoy the old style of Manhattan living with the HIGH CEILINGS. Your apartment is both BRIGHT AND QUIET. Don't let this classic apartment slip through, let me show you your new gorgeous home.

KIPS BAY
Snuggled next to the East River between 23rd and 34 street, Kips
Bay is very popular with families due to the great schools,
hospital access, and general safety of the area. However, there has
also been an increase in young professionals seeking to rent in the
neighborhood as businesses continue to expand in Murray Hill and
North Manhattan.
Kips Bay receives its name from the Kips family farm off the bay
of the East River. The area in the 1600's and 1700's, was mostly
farmland. As the decades went by, more and more of the land was
bought off to make room for city developments. For example in 1794,
Bellevue Farm was purchased in order to construct a medical
facility, and in subsequent years, parcels of Kips Bay Farm were
purchased to expand the facilities.
Kips Bay in the 1800's saw more of the same, land and markets
were bought and moved uptown to make room for small business and
row houses. By the 1900's Kips Bay looked pretty much the same for…
