DESCRIPTION
A beautifully spacious fully renovated 1BR/1 bath featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, upgraded strip wood flooring, solar shades, and western exposure.

Tribeca is a hip area known for its old industrial buildings, many now turned into residential loft space. Cobblestone streets are lined with trendy boutiques and restaurants. Historic commercial buildings include the red-brick New York Mercantile Exchange edifice, from 1884. Weekends are quiet, though Washington Market Park and Hudson River Park draw families. The neighborhood offers a spectacular view of the Hudson River on its western border and notable restaurants throughout, including the Odeon, Buddha Bar, Hudson Yards Grill and the popular spa Aire Ancient Baths. The Tribeca Film Festival takes place here every spring. Short distance to the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, A, C & E trains, along with many bus lines!
